When is the completion of the project construction scheduled?

The property acquisition tax in Thailand is paid only once during the registration of the transaction at the Land Department. The fee is 1.1% of the contract value of the apartment purchased in leasehold – the buyer shares it equally with the developer. Thus, in the end, only 0.55% of the tax will need to be paid. In the case of purchasing property in freehold, the tax amount is 2%.

Yes. The typical installment period ranges from 6 months to 2 years. Generally, the installment period depends on the construction timelines, but in some cases, we also offer payment installments for completed projects.

Is the property suitable for family living?

Freehold - This is 100% ownership rights, allowing one to own, use, and dispose of the property. The owner has the right to bequeath the property, gift it, or sell it. Property rights are confirmed by a special document called Chanote.
